I calculate postage using the Royal mail postage calculator. I charge an extra 50p for packing materials as i buy specialist record mailers and stiffeners. Sometimes records cost less to mail than i expect.

In these cases i try to refund the difference. I grade the records condition visually only, unless I state what the record actually plays like and provide an audio MP3 sample.
